Retaliation
The SVSH Policy prohibits retaliation against any person based on their report or other disclosure or conduct prohibited by SVSH Policy, or their participation in the investigation, reporting, remedial, or disciplinary processes provided for in the SVSH Policy. Retaliation includes adverse actions such as threats, intimidation, harassment, and coercion. The prohibition protects all participants in the investigation process. Retaliation will be treated as a separate violation under the SVSH Policy, and any student or employee who engages in retaliation may be subject to discipline.
